My dad is private pay and the doctor mentioned that our laboratory results will be sent via email. I have been calling, sending emails to the receptionist and we have not received it. If you can just wait for a better walk in, don’t go here. $80 for a phone consult and the doctor only gave us enough prescription for the first time. Hence, you have to book again ($$$). Had phone call appointment with Dr. S. Dhillon. Absolutely horrible experience. Could have given her 0 star if possible. Did not listen to concerns. Just refused that this symptom is present. Would not recommend to anyone.
