Norm is not only a very knowledgeable pharmacist but also kind and thoughtful. You can genuinely feel that he cares about his patients' health, offering more than what is "necessary" in his position. He's one of the most memorable healthcare professionals I've encountered and a wonderful person to converse with in general!

I cant enumerate the ways these pharmacists have gone beyond. The first time I went there after a knee replacement, my meds were delivered to my door. Of course i stayed with them after that. I've had medication reviews, and diligent explanations especially for new prescriptions. It's an incredible contrast to what i experienced in other places.

The staff's extensive knowledge at this Pharmacy ensures I receive expert guidance on my health.

Norm is the best pharmacist in the world! He has given me vaccines and always lets me know when a prescription is ready by calling me the same day. He also once gave me free ice packs when there was the heat dome.

I have been lucky enough to be under the care of Norman and Matthew for about four years now. These guys are the s kind and tireless pharmacists who operate as well as, (I believe) own the Dunbar YNP. A special place with two knowledgeable and professional pharmacists who have always treated me with respect and the dignity which I believe has been lacking all across the health care industry for people like me who are on long term opiate therapy. Never a side glance or an exasperated breath from these gentleman who in truth have become more like family to me. Thank you for your patience and the hilarious sense of humor you both have.
