I wear a free style libre sensor 1 and have for over a year. I went in on Nov. 29 to get 2 sensors which I always do. Today, my sensor ended and I put a new one on only to find out it was a Free style libre 2 and will not work. The person I dealt with looked up my file. Told me it would take 1/2 hour as their was many ahead of me. I did some shopping while waiting and saw the same person walking in the store using his cell phone. I really don't care that he was wandering the store on his cell phone but he obviously did not make the effort to make sure I was given the proper sensor.
