I asked the pharmacist about buying some over-the-counter slow-release melatonin. First, she told me it didn't exist, then she told me it was on the wall, then when I couldn't find it she told me that I had to ask her manager. But the lady she pointed to didn't even work in the same department, and when I approached her she said she obviously couldn't help me. So when we both went back to the pharmacist only THEN did she finally tell me that they didn't have it. The woman was completely incompetent.
