They were the absolute worst. Lost prescription...made me wait with taxi outside but told me to pick up prescription any time. I could not understand woman on telephone she had such a thick accent and speed talked. All together not good! Get a professional group.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this pharmacy. While the pharmacist, Stephanie, was laughing and joking with her colleagues, her demeanor completely changed when I approached her for help. She was cold, apathetic, and spoke to me with a dismissive attitude, despite the fact that I was clearly in pain and trying to explain my health situation. As a healthcare worker, she showed a complete lack of empathy. I will not be returning to this location.

i have been served by this pharmacy happily for years. However my recent experience has been most disappointing. I phoned in my prescription renewals last week and went to pick them up today (Saturday). Note this website indicates the store is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The store pharmacy is closed. i went to the Crown Isle Thrifty's Pharmacy and had to get an emergency pharmacy supply for $33. No doubt i'll be able to pick up my renewals next week - which will also mean i will have to pay full price as it is the New Year. This is a great disappointment after years of good service and relationships with staff at the Downtown location. Sadly, it appears time to change pharmacies.
