We have been using this pharmacy for about 3 years since my husband and I came to Victoria. We started with the pharmacy across the street where we were met with rudeness and total lack of concern by the staff. They clearly couldn't keep up with the volume they faced and we did not see any indication of care. Since moving our pharmacy needs to Thriftys Belmont, Grace Afolaranmi and her team have given us the kind of care we, as seniors need. One of her team (Brandon) recently picked up a contraindication on a new prescription from a doctor at VGH. He spent the time and energy needed to sort it out with the doctor. I have been given good information about the many prescriptions I take and I took advantage of a consult with a pharmacist about my prescriptions. We are more than happy with this pharmacy. We also do more shopping at Thrifty's as well.
