Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy's flu shot services are quick, friendly, and informative.

Today I had a very bad experience at your pharmacy. My prescription was faxed to your store at around 2 pm November 2, 2023. I went to pick up my prescription 20 hours later, my prescription was nowhere to be found. The pharmacist on duty found it on file in the computer. Her attitude was inappropriate and unacceptable, she was rude and no apology came from her for her rudeness and extremely poor customer service. We hear all the time that we as customers should shop local. We as customers do not need to be prepared for such poor service and bad attitude from the staff especially the pharmacist. I am sure she knows better. I will return to your store at 2 p.m. today 24 hours after my prescription was faxed to you, hopefully my prescription will be ready.
