The last while since the new owners, the pharmacy has been a nightmare! Medications not ready ,then to be told to come back in 1 hour, upon return, still not ready!! Standing waiting for another hour, with numerous other people. A new system, I have been told many times, obviously not my problem. Had this happened once, understandable, now seems to happen every time I go. New medication, faxed in yesterday, I phoned this am at 8:00, it will be ready tomorrow afternoon! Diabetic medication, for my out of control diabetes. Also 2 drug errors, which I caught and it was rectified, only because I am a retired nurse. Also, a few people with bad understanding and speaking skills, very frustrating. I hope the service can improve, I have been with Shoppers for quite a few years and hope to stay there.
