The store is supposed to open at 8:00 a.m., but we had to wait outside until 8:16 a.m. because the pharmacy staff arrived late and needed to open the store. I heard someone mention that this is not the first time this has happened. If the store cannot consistently open at 8:00 a.m., perhaps it would be better to change the opening time to 9:00 a.m. so customers don't have to wait outside.
Pharmacist: Shamim Hontamari. when asked and offered to come back the next day as we had been waiting for meds for 20 mins after being told to wait 20 mins before this. her response was “look around No one else is here to help me” and told me my medications were “not urgent” after I have been dealing with my ailments for multiple days now. Terrible patient and client facing manners. As a health care professional this is unacceptable and will be reported to the college.
