Hello, after visiting my doctor on Feb 5,2025 at 1 pm, my prescription was faxed to your pharmacy. I immediately called to ensure it would be filled same day as it was pain medication two weeks overdue and I desperately need it to live while I await further tests at the hospital as they become available. Your staff on the phone ensures me that my script will be ready for 8 pm. It was not filled at 9:30 when I came to pick it up. My friend on the same date went to a dr appt at 2:30 pm, dropped her script at the COURTENAY shoppers and her script was ready in TWO HOURS. I am now not going to get my prescription until well after 24 hrs of you receiving it. I pray you have the day you deserve as you’re making people suffer in pain filling them with broken promises and no consequence for your lying.
