In person and on the phone Extremely rude people work in the pharmacy!!! I was yelled and I get treated like garbage every time I go in to pick up my prescriptions!! I will never go back to the pharmacy again!!! Terrible people!!!!
I needed a refill prescription ASAP as the clinic was closed and they weren't able to fulfil. I gave them a 2 hour notice and they still wouldn't do it.
I understand if Shoppers’ doesn’t want to continue with free delivery. This is the third time my prescriptions have not been delivered. Yet, my card and Blue Cross were charged on Wednesday. I am totally out now. Have used you guys for years and I don’t want to be negative but please. Vicki Waite
