Definitely my favourite pharmacy in the thriving metropolis of Kamloops. In the big city I’ve always found it hard to build trust and confidence in and with my pharmacy team. I am a classic pain in the ass type of customer, with lots of specific prescriptions that are a huge headache for the tech and RX on staff, but Regan and his team have pulled through time and time again, and no matter how many hairs they’ve torn out of their heads on my account they have still not once made me feel less-than or like I am a burden. Regan has repeatedly taken the time to go over any and all medications I am curious about, he humours my requests for various types of licensed generics, and because I get antsy whenever my scripts are due for refill they always make sure to accommodate my schedule. Genuinely, in this day and age in any town larger than 5k people it has become pretty rare to find that classic “family pharmacy” kind of atmosphere, but Regan and his techs pull it off effortlessly.
