Please reply---this is about your false advertising--The manager NEEDS to have a sign by the sale prices stating ONLY available if you have an Optimum Card. I have lost mine tba have no idea how to download my new card-I cannot follow the directions. Because it was senior's day yesterday-June 20-and being on a very small pension, I went to get the sale items-my shock came when my bill was over $50--when I thought-because of the sale, it would be about $30. This is false advertising-leading people to believe the sale prices were truly on sale to ALL shoppers....or there should be a sign stating otherwise. Due to not wanting to stress the cashier out and the fact there were several people behind me-I just paid the amount and left your store. Again, this is false advertising as you did not have a sign stating these sale prices were only for a 'select few'. S. Hayes slh1945@telus.net
