On November 20, 2023, Pharmacist Karen was extremely rude to me. Gave me long lectures and inappropriate comments about our insurance, finances, and family arrangement. She had this condescending and passive aggressive tone that belittles me like I am a 5 years old. She should've gotten more training during her 20 years of service at Save On Pharmacy.
