I am deeply disappointed with the lack of communication and support, especially considering my history with the company. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for two years, always paying $40 CAD for shipping. However, due to a Canadian postal strike, the pharmacy changed to a cheaper shipping method without informing me, but still charged me the full amount of $40 CAD. When the package arrived in Brazil, the shipping company hired by the pharmacy, in addition to the customs fees, which I am obliged to pay, charged me an extra amount of $42.75 CAD, which I did not agree to pay, as it was never previously agreed with me. I refused the package, and it was returned to Canada. But they did not refund my money. Now I do not have the merchandise or my money back. And not even an attempt to contact and resolve the issue, only silence. The manager Kade Young and her assistant Kelaiah have stopped corresponding with me.
