Hello there, I had purchased the Prevnar20 vaccine (pneumonia) on December 15 along with the RSV vaccine which I had injected same day. Due to my Lymphodema in one arm, I could only use the other arm for the Arexvy. I did NOT want both injections in the one arm. So after the Prevnar was fully paid for, I was told by the Pharmacist that they did not have time for me to have the Prevnar injection until the middle of January because the Pharmacy was too busy and to call back at that time. I have since learned that your Pharmacy has only one Pharmacist on duty at any given time. This is the busiest time of year for you to have such a short staff. Your pharmacists are extremely overworked given the extra tasks they have been given recently. So, why would you not want to please your long term and loyal customers like myself? This is also the height of the cold/flu/pneumonia season....my whole reason for purchasing the pneumonia vaccine. To have to wait until the middle of January does not seem to address my fear of getting pneumonia particularly since I am immune compromised. To add insult to injury, I was told by staff that I could take the vaccine to my Dr. who is on vacation. Pharmasave #71, you will have to do better than this because if I cannot have this pneumonia vaccine soon, I will transfer my account to another more competent company who values their customer's loyalty.
