Very polite and friendly. Has even delivered my medication at home when I was sick and couldn't go there myself.

The pharmacist that went to my Mom's house to check her medication dispenser out right lied to me while calling me a lier at the same time. He kept saying he understood what i was saying but clearly either did not or just was not listening. He would ask me questions but interrupt me while I was answering and explaining. He would speak over me and argue with me. After i explained that my Mom doesn't have dementia that she Does have low vision from Glaucoma & dexterity disability from arthritis as well as mobility issues, he then tried telling me she could just look inside despenser and see if there was medication left in it. I had to repeat that she has low vision and she did try and look but Could NOT see whether there was medication in it or not. He kept repeating he understood when it was very very clear he did not! My Mom told me of the issue with dispenser on Friday and the issue had started before that, today is Tuesday and I was finally able to talk to homecare worker today and i explained the situation to her and she discovered there were no batteries in it at all. The pharmacist that supposedly looked at the unit argued with me when i explained she had not taken her medication in at least 5 days, he had the balls to try and tell me she had not missed her medication for 5 days, that it was only 1 day! I know it was at least 5 days because it was 5 days ago she told me about it! But of course it was a weekend and i didn't have the pharmacy's name or number and was unable to get ahold of homecare. This guy made me so mad i had end the call. Because he wouldn't stop arguing with me about facts that i know to be true. If you ask me he care more about losing a client than the care of that client (my mom), because the only reason she's with that pharmacy is because of this dumb dispenser which is probably the wrong approach to helping my mom with her medication
