LONDON DRUGS #70 - PENTICTON

I am a long time costumer yesterday 2pm or 2.30 I cam in your store as usual in the photo section and computer no one is sight no one as I walked towards the counter were the cash register is pops up this big female all messy hair close ,she said oh need help ,then this male pops up all messy clothes and hair , said to the female I need help to get my computer out of my car,she looks at me why , I said it needs to be fixed ,she said bring it here a laptop is not heavy ,we walked towards the counter in front off the technician room there was this jung messy male he said why do bring in you computer they are not heavy I said it is a iMac he said oh ,so the two people talked at each other, schedule said I am not going ,he said I don’t want to go either ,by then I was getting very angry ,sche said Brian is not here , I said I know ,she said why are you then bringing it in ,for the third time is someone going to help me ,sch said to the jung male you go oh well, I said you need a buggy he said no don’t need one ,we got to my car he expected me to take out the computer from the back seat and the front seat,he said no don’t need the one front seat , I told him to get a buggy there was a small buggy not far away, said buggy is to small,so he got the small buggy and got one corner of the box on the top of the buggy while he managed to to carry the other computer but I had to push the buggy and balance the computer berly fitting in the buggy to the store he was walking behind me, had to juggle going through the doors just terrible,we got in the store he picked up both computers and carried them one in a box other not ,then the female came asked me the same question again and talked to the jung male , I said can you just get help sche oh you just want to leave it hear ,finally he opened the door to the technician room ,ther was Luck the technician,we have known each other for year’s,he asked what is the problem with the iMac I told him then the female started buddy in standing next to him Luck then came the jung male to , I talked to Luck saying I was not happy about the new iMac all my favourite things were not there ,Luck said can you leave it hear and I will tell Brain on Monday he will see what can be done, I said my frien down the coast told me I should buy HP there are no extras to buy ,like the U S B plug ,now with this new iMac all the plug ins and apps that I had I have to buy knew ones …I am very disappointed unhappy about this.not to say Brian is a very good technician,he has tried to fix the old iMac he’s a good person…Sincerly Monika Snowwhite,
