LOBLAW PHARMACY #4616

I have a positive regard for this establishment. Loblaw Pharmacy offers a comprehensive range of products, and I appreciate their friendly and helpful staff who consistently go the extra mile to ensure I have all my needs met.

Susan Fun is very rude. I came last Jan. 3rd/2023 for my vaccine. I was waiting in the front area when she saw me but not asking how she could help. And so i decided to say "excuse me"; She was asking a question that I could not answer right away, and she said " simple question you can't answer". She did not ask me to wear a mask or even offered me mask prior to seating and waiting for my vaccine to administered. and then... she was very rude saying don't face me when your talking coz I don't want to get any of your virus". I asked for her for mask but says they don't have. The next patient arrived and they offered him a mask but not me. This is not right. Unprofessional act. Another thing, she did not even show how she took the vaccine out of the bottle. So I don't know if the vaccine is right. I just feel uncomfortable and ill. I want to discuss this to the higher store manager. I found out it's not only me but there are others had been received unsatisfactory service. If this request is not answer I would like to bring this to UBC pharmacy organization.
