I was booked for a Fasenra injection today, as I will be away for 2 weeks after today. The pharmacy failed to deliver the medication to the clinic so I'm now stuck. Very unprofessional and potentially dangerous.
I pick up my subcutaneous Entyvio from this location. The staff is always very pleasant and professional.
Have not experienced more professional service anywhere. In person, on telephone, they are all very serious, helpful, pleasant, they never miss the time to call to for the next prescription. Clearly there is a very well structured work flow system and they seem to be employing for a permanent basis.
