Yes, This positive comment will be a long one because of the importance of these people. My daughter woke up, with a serious ear infection. I went to the doctor, got the prescription, and when Jyoti was assisting us purchasing antibiotics at his paharmacy, there was a password restriction on my daughter’s account. This is a reoccurring issue every time we need a prescription for her, I have been on the phone multiple times about it myself . He spent and hour on the phone, calling BC pharmacare, other pharmacy’s I have been to in the past, and also the techs for the program he uses for filling prescriptions, etc. He went above and beyond to help get my daughter the medicine she desperately needed. He later called me at home to let me know, that the supervisor at BC pharmacare, looked into her file, and found out that we never had filed any paperwork to have this restriction. Thee was no documentation saying she should had this on her account and it was immediately removed from her health care records. Thank goodness. If we were in any serious situation where she needed immediate care at the hospital even then she may not have been allowed to receive a medications. I’m a truly blessed to have this person help me and my daughter. I recommend him 100%.
