After over 10+ years of loyalty to this pharmacy, I officially left. They mixed up my medication, giving me less than what I was suppose to/needed. When I called to get it fixed, the pharmacist was extremely rude to me on the phone. I left a google review, to then be asked by the pharmacist to take or adjust my review as it hurt his business. I apologize but the lack of professionalism and how you handled the situation, I no longer wanted to be a client. I’d like to raise awareness as I know everyone has bad days but you don’t have a right to yell at customers based off your mistakes.
