COSTCO PHARMACY # 552

Phone rings and rings until the call disconnects, Bad, bad This pharmacy has some ugly issues.

I was told prescriptions would be ready after 2 PM the next day. I arrived at nearly 5:00 PM to be told they weren't ready yet. I waited almost an hour for the prescriptions to be completed. I am unsure where this went awry, Perhaps the person who assisted me at the window on Thursday or, maybe this is your practice to keep customers waiting so they do further purchases. My wife and I were in the store on Thursday evening to shop and pick up her prescriptions and that was when decided to move my prescriptions to Costco. I was very pleased with every other aspect of the assistance i received, except to be kept waiting ... Walter Moa
