not enough privacy protection. bad set up for the line up. announced the name of my prescription out loud without offer the option to speak privately. refused to look at my text notification for ready to pick up confirmation. unhappy with how i provide my membership card on the phone even though bc regulation stated membership is not needed for pharmacy. name calling and accuse me of " you just don't want to listen" when I try to explain.
