Submitted prescription for 4 medications on 7-Jul-2025 around 09:00 AM at Richmond Costco Pharmacy and was advised to pick them up on 9-July after 1:00 PM. Came back on 10-July around 3 PM and was informed that only two medications are available for pick-up. On my query, I was informed that there is a shortage of staff and that the rest I can pick-up the following day. Showed up again on the following day in the afternoon and to my surprise and frustration, I was again informed that only one was ready and I have to wait for another hour to pick the 2nd one. One thing is very clear that they cannot keep their pledge and have absolutely no regard for the customer showing a total lack of management's inefficiency and capability. Taslim Haq Richmond, BC

The fax number has already changed, they didn’t even change it online, so they didn’t receive my prescription from my doctor, I just book online and it’s hard to contact the doctor to tell him that the Costco change their fax number. I ended up book an appointment for doctor again and ask for prescription.
The time to get my prescription filled is ridiculous long. my family doctor faxed the prescription on Tues. April 11 and it is not ready when I was there to-day. Your service has been deteriorating in the past year.
Your pharmacy is the BEST in Richmond. For a senior, your dispensing fee is truly great. The staff is efficient and kind and I will deal with you as long as I can drive! Ha Ha! Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful option for my prescribed drugs. Merilyn Salsman.
