i visited the Courtenay hospital pharmacy on sept 29th and kyl(I hope I spelled that correct) was just wonderful. He looked tired but did not rush me and answered all my questions being clear and precise with instructions for the beginning of my cancer treatment. So, please make sure he knows how valued I felt by his patience, kindness and even an apology for being late , which is a very rare occurrence these days as most young people do not know how to say sorry. Its just make us the customer feel much better. Thanks again Kyl
