Terrible communication do not return calls, sometimes medication does not arrive or is very late , you can never get through on phone have to leave messages, unreliable, though very friendly and helpful if you do reach them.

There are only two healthcare givers that arrive at the right time, my partner is diabetic, now he has a nitro patch to put on in the morning, not afternoon!!! I have asked numerous times to have the caregivers come between 9:30-10:am this was promised when we first set up this service, I was told today that he will will be priority, I sure hope so he has just been in Cardiac ICU, I am concerned when he doesn’t have his Nitro patch and injection at the proper time.
