Students for staff owner has let his business go down hill I was in tears yesterday as I got yelled at 3 times saying my extended medical number and carrier was wrong he kept telling me I was missing number I went out sat for 45 minutes re checked the info was correct he told me I had to pay 100$ for the strips this doesn’t surprise me everything there is jacked so high being he can’t even hire professional trained staff the young male pharmacist won’t even try it the way I told him they told me so I left after being yelled at stared down and given attitude by some blonde girl who is new and two other helpers I took my business a couple blocks up to a wonderful pharmacy I was crying when I got there and guess what I was correct and it was all covered no need for the 100$ they claim I had to pay I am on disability I can’t afford his small business that the owner Chandra is hardly ever there anymore I was a customer for 5 years and just found out the medication my doctor and pharmacy have been giving me and I told the owner Chandra my symptoms 3 months ago the pharmacy I took my business to told me to stop taking them immediately and go to hospital two of them were interacting with another medication and my doctor doesn’t even monitor them hasn’t four 10 years BEWARE OF CASCADE PHARMACY they do not have your health in mind I have damage to my liver and kidneys and pancreatitis major side effects from the medication I know because I went to hospital To Chandra after 5 years all the Christmas cards and gifts I brought because I thought you were helping me my mom and I are disappointed also when the other pharmacy called and I heard how nice she was speaking to your so called staff that are student interns she was so rude to the other pharmacy and had such attitude with her I was in tears the young East Indian man yelled at me when I was just ask him to try it maybe they do it different and it worked just fine at other pharmacy and it was all free Unprofessional, uncalled for, I know I can be difficult sometimes but if you can’t give an unhealthy person some leeway then get a new profession
