This past week I was having a problem finding a prescription that I've been using for over a year called "Pulmicort" nasal rinse. I contacted 49th pharmacy and was told they only had one package in stock. I took my prescription and picked it up. I thought it seemed more expensive than when I had purchased previously at my local Rexall. When I got home I checked my last Rexall receipt and it was less than half the cost. I returned to the pharmacy with both receipts the pharmacist told me it was more expensive due to being a stronger dosage? I asked if they were in the habit of substituting different dosages without informing a person and giving a receipt for the prescribed dosage? The druggist replied " I'm not aware of the conversation when you purchased it", I replied there was no conversation, I submitted a prescription and paid for it. Getting more agitated I asked for my written prescription, politely thanked her and left with my receipts. To top it all off, when I got home I looked at the prescription container and it was the prescribed dosage so I was overcharged from the beginning? I will not return for a refund. C. Forbes
