Rite Care Clinic

I got laser treatment done for melasma at this clinic and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them. At the beginning, when we were inquiring about the service, the staffs attitude was completely different - very attentive and reassuring. At the time of payment, we were clearly told that if we didn't see any results, we would receive 100% refund. After completing 4 treatments, I saw no improvement what so ever. I tried reaching out to Dr Parmar and the clinic multiples times but didn't hear back for weeks. Six months later, I finally got in touch with them only to be told that I would not be receiving a full refund and could instead use the money toward other treatments. After constant calls and emails, i ended up receiving only 50% of what i had originally paid. Overall this was a very disappointing experience and I would NOT recommend any of the services this clinic has to offer.

This clinic is very good at serving patients

No one attending phone call

Worst rather horrible wait times. Even with appointments, you have to wait for hrs. As per staff, it's quite normal. Seems like over booking patients who are not covered under MSP and pay cash.
