Been seeing Dr Baughen at Health Connections clinic for over 5 years now. The staff there (reception/ nurse practioners, other physicians) are all incredibly kind, knowledgeable..gentle...& respectful of patients many & varied needs. To the point they even have a social worker on staff to assist with any ministry, disability related knowledge or needs; she helped me fill out my disability benefits application! And answered many queries from me about the rules etc. As a patient wirh several varied complex health issues of my own, finding this clinic (referred there by a Lionsgate physician); was a literal Godsend. I dont know that i would have made it through the last 5 years or so had I not found them; (& my amazing doctor there)! Even the reception staff are amazing, compassionate & lovely. I cant reccomend them enough. There is zero judgement there; for anyone. ******5 stars!****
