Scheduled me for the wrong day twice, had to reschedule, prolonging the appointment months. When the appointment time came, they were 30 minutes late after I called 8 times and texted. I was then diagnosed with a mental health disorder that I have never experienced symptoms of.
They don't answer their phone, don't respond to texts/emails, doctor continually throws different medications at patients. Unacceptable practice that should be shut down.
The office is hard to reach. They do not answer their calls and they won’t province any receipts when you pay for anything.
