My dad is private pay and the doctor mentioned that our laboratory results will be sent via email. I have been calling, sending emails to the receptionist and we have not received it. If you can just wait for a better walk in, don’t go here. $80 for a phone consult and the doctor only gave us enough prescription for the first time. Hence, you have to book again ($$$). Just finished my appt with Dr. T Ghag and had a absolutely horrible experience. I told her my symptoms and she told me to take Tylenol. I’m in pain and discomfort and in the past had the same issue and was prescribed medication but she refused. Had phone call appointment with Dr. S. Dhillon. Absolutely horrible experience. Could have given her 0 star if possible. Did not listen to concerns. Just refused that this symptom is present. Would not recommend to anyone.
